Custom Order Policy

What qualifies as a Custom Order

A Custom Order refers to an item already offered in my shop that is made:

*in a different colour

*in a different colour combination

*with minor adjustment only(no redesign)

The original design and structure remain the same.

Pricing & Payment

  • Custom Order pricing is discussed and agreed upon before purchase
  • Pricing may include- full cost of yarn and materials purchased for the order and additional charges for materials that may not be reusable due to custom nature
  • The Final price is confirmed in writing(Shopify messages, email, or Instagram DM)
  • Full payment is required before production begins
  • Orders will not be started or shipped until payment is received in full

Production Time

*Custom orders are made to order

*Processing time is 2 to 4 weeks from the date of full payment

*Processing time does not include shipping time

Changes and Cancellations

*Once Production has started, no changes, cancellations, or refunds are accepted

*Requests for changes after work has begun may be declined or required and additional fee

Refunds & Returns

Due to personalised nature of custom orders:

  • Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted
  • This applies even in case of changes of mind

Handmade Disclaimer

  • All items are handmade; slight variation in colour, size, or stitching are normal
  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping costs are not included in the item price
  • Shipping is calculated after the item is completed, based on final weight and destination
  • The shipping amount will be communicated before dispatch
  • Orders will ship only after the shipping cost is paid

Agreement

By placing a custom order, the customer confirms they have read and agreed to this policy.
