Each item in our shop is handmade with care. Due to the wearable and handmade nature of our crochet products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered, as items cannot be resold after use. We kindly ask customers to review product details, photos, and sizing information carefully before placing an order.
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a video. For everyone’s protection, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND RECORDING A CONTINUOUS UNBOXING VIDEO when opening your parcel, as this helps us verify the issue and file a claim with delivery company if needed.
Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement or store credit. Shipping-related issues are handled through the courier, and we will always do our best to assist you.
