We currently ship WITHIN INDIA ONLY.

 Processing Time

All our crochet items are handmade. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-14  business days, depending on your location and the courier service. Please note the delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond and control.

Delivery Issues

After dispatch, the product is handled by the courier service. While we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping providers, we will gladly assist you in coordinating with them if needed.

Please do not accept the parcel if the packaging is damaged and we recommend filming unboxing video and if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and unboxing video, so we can help file a claim with delivery company.
